    Kieran Burke

    Following his completion of a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelors of Arts at Deakin University, as well as obtaining his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Leo Cussen Centre for Law, Kieran was admitted as an Australian Lawyer in 2014. Working previously for a busy suburban criminal law firm, Kieran is a seasoned traffic law advocate, having regularly appeared in the various Victorian court jurisdictions.

    Kieran predominantly works out of our Ringwood and Dandenong office and is very familiar with the Court staff, prosecutors and Magistrates that work at these locations. Kieran works tirelessly on providing his clients with real-world legal advice whilst also achieving the best possible outcome. His commitment to his clients is second to none.

  • Simon O'Halloran

    Simon O'Halloran

    Simon is an experienced traffic advocate. Following his admission he worked for a year in commercial practice prior to moving to the Victoria Legal Aid office based in Geelong where he has conducted thousand’s of traffic law related matters.

    Simon was the Young Lawyer Representative for the Law Society in 2015 and previously volunteered at the Hume Riverina Community Legal Centre to assist disadvantaged clients.

    Simon joined Dribbin & Brown in 2017 to assist us with the running of our Geelong office. His time working at the Geelong Magistrates’ Court has given him an in-depth understanding of the Magistrates and prosecutors who work at this court. He has shown himself to be a keen advocate who cares about his clients.

  • Nicole Horton

    Nicole Horton

    Nicole worked at a suburban criminal law firm as a personal assistant for three years prior to qualifying and beginning her career in the law, giving her an in-depth grounding in traffic law processes.

    Originally practising in family law, Nicole then transitioned to criminal law. This career trajectory has given her solid experience in a wide range of cases, particularly in relation to intervention order matters and Court advocacy.

    Whilst working at a suburban criminal law firm practising in traffic law, we recognised her as both a passionate and talented advocate, and she was asked to join Dribbin & Brown in 2017.  Nicole brings with her a wealth of experience and a clear dedication to her clients.

  • Victor Wang

    Victor Wang

    Prior to his admission to practice in 2013, Victor worked at the Ringwood Magistrates’ Court as a Court registrar. This experience was invaluable to his progression in the criminal law, giving him an in-depth understanding of court processes and creating relationships with many Magistrates.

    A fluent Mandarin speaker, he began his career working for a Chinese generalist practitioner, where he handled all their criminal law work. In 2016 Victor found his way to Dribbin & Brown where he has been a valuable addition to the team, handling many of our Chinese clients and assisting the partners with the more serious matters that they handle relating to their native Mandarin speaking clients.

  • Erin Fradd

    Erin Fradd

    Erin comes to us with a background as the Criminal Court Coordinator at the Ballarat Magistrates’ Court. Anyone who can manage a complicated list at the local Magistrates’ Court has already demonstrated an acute understanding of criminal law processes.

    Erin’s strong interest in human rights, fair trial rights and procedural fairness has taken her across the globe to the Yugoslavia trials in the Hague and the Khmer Rouge trials in Cambodia.

    With strong advocacy skills, Erin has participated in the Jessup Public International Law Moot, and has been asked to return every year to act as a Judge for Victoria University’s Annual National Michael J Kirby Contractual Law Moot.

    Following her admission, Erin started with Dribbin & Brown and has hit the ground running, transitioning very quickly to Court advocacy. Her previous role has clearly put her ahead of the game.

    With a precise command of the English language, Erin advocates with passion on behalf of all her clients and is a wonderful addition to the Dribbin & Brown team.

    Mary is in charge of accounts, and has been with Dribbin & Brown since 2014. Mary is a gift from the bookkeeping gods. She runs a tight ship, which is the way we like it.

    Candace is assistant to Partner Michael Brown and Jacquelyn Parnell. Candace came to Dribbin & Brown in 2015, leaving her position at the Court of Appeal after seven years. Candace is an essential member of the administrative team at Dribbin & Brown.

    Alyce is assistant to Partner David Dribbin. Alyce came to Dribbin & Brown in 2015, following many years working in the civil law sector as an administration assistant. Alyce is a highly valued member of the team and can often be found at the Dandenong and Melbourne offices.
